  • Please do not wear eye makeup – especially mascara, as it will take more time to remove your makeup and gives us less time to apply your lash extensions.

  • Please do not wear contact lenses during application

  • Please do not drink coffee, tea, energy drinks for at least 5 hours prior to your appointment as caffeine can cause your eyes to flutter involuntarily.

  • If you can, please try and fill out the client consent form prior to your treatment. By doing this I am then able to spend more time on your lashes.

  • While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. Guests arriving over 15 minutes late for eyelash appointments may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may cut into my another clients appointment time.

  • I do not usually infill other people’s work, but I can help safely remove an application. If you are wearing eyelash extensions and had these applied by another lash artist , please let me know prior to your appointment. I may need to remove them before applying my ones, and you will need to add on a removal with your treatment.. Otherwise, you can wait until your extensions come off before booking with me.

  • Avoid wetting lash extensions ideally 24 hours after the treatment. This allows time for the glue to dry.

  • Avoid steam rooms and hot shower/ saunas for at least 48 hours

  • Avoid oily products around the eyelashes. Do not wearing mascara, foundation and eyeliner on eyelids. If the lashes come into contact with these products, the bond of the adhesive can weaken and cause premature shedding of the extensions.

  • Wash eyelash extensions every day or at least twice a week with a lash shampoos or eyelid cleanser. It is important to wash the roots and skin between the eyelashes, not the tips of the extensions. If dust, oils and make up get stuck on the eyelid, it will effect on natural lashes health causing lash damage, premature lash lost or and infection

  • Do not use cotton wipes to wipes the eyelashes area, because it will catch the extension and pull them out. Ideally to use a soft brush to remove makeup around eye area,

  • Sleep on your back, and it is recommended to sleep on a silk pillow case

  • Do not touch and pick at the eyelashes to avoid permanent hair loss. Be gentle. And using a lash wand is a great idea

  • Heat like hair dryer may burn the extensions

  • Do not perm, curl or tint the eyelash extensions.

  • Remove contact lenses before your treatment. We provide solution and cases if needed.

  • Come to your appointment without any eye makeup.

  • Stop use of water- proof mascara 2 days prior to your appointment.

  • Avoid using waterproof mascara 2-3 days prior as it can leave a residue that may prevent lashes from lifting properly.

  • Avoid curling your natural lashes with a lash curler for 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Ensure that you do not have an eye infection or irritation of the eye area - as treatment cannot be performed until this has cleared up.

  • If you have had Lasik surgery, you must wait a minimum of 6 months from the time of your procedure.

  • If you haven’t filled out the consent form prior to your appointment, come a little early to complete it.

Come and relax while I measure and map your PERFECT set of new brows! I consider your natural brow shape, bone structure and face shape to design a set of brows to suit your face and enhance your best features. I know that each of you will have eyebrows that differ from one another.

I will map and use measuring techniques to ensure your new set of brows are as precise and perfect as possible.

This treatment also includes hair removal, precision tinting and brow styling so you walk out feeling and looking like a new person!

  • Stop the use of all retinoids 7 days before having your facial hair waxed is mandatory. If using these within this time frame or you have had facial treatments we will need to thread or tweeze brow hairs.

  • To bring it back to the basics, retinol—alongside other retinoids, such as retinoic acid and retinyl palmitate—is essentially a derivative of vitamin A, which is one of the body's key nutrients for boosting cell turnover. "It's added to topical skincare products to promote skin renewal, brighten skin tone, reduce fine lines,  reduce acne, and boost the collagen production,

  • Ensure you have no spray tan on your skin or around the area that has been treatment. Any residue from Tan can cause the skin around the hairs turn green.

  • Keep the waxed area clean, and avoid heat and friction during the next 24-48 hours.

  • Avoid tanning beds and sun the first 24-48 hours. The outer layer of skin has been stripped which makes it very sensitive to sun exposure.

  • Avoid swimming in the ocean or pools the first 24-48 hours as the salt and chlorine can be harsh on your newly waxed skin.

  • Avoid touching the waxed area and if you must make sure your hands are clean.

  • You may experience some slight soreness, small bumps, and redness. This is common and should subside in 24-48 hours.

Brow dye is an alternative to henna with a beautiful colour selection and is the first long lasting tint in the world with henna effect! Results last up to 7 days on the skin and 7 weeks in the hairs.

Bronsun is a permanent tint and will not loose the colour until the hairs grow out. It is a shorter processing time than a henna 7-10 minutes on the brows.

Please note that this is a POMADE filled brow finish, so it is a bit more of a bold result. This treatment however is great after a lamination! as henna cant be used after this treatment!

  • On the day of your appointment keep your skin clean and oil/lotion- free.

  • Avoid self- tanning products, body butters, sunscreens and other really deep moisturizers. These can take a couple of days to clear from the skin cells and will affect your stain.

  • If you wish to get a spray tan schedule your tan approx. 24 hours after.

  • Keep your brows dry up to 24 hours after the treatment.

  • Avoid aggressive cosmetic treatment (scrubs, peels, alcohol-containing products) and steam.

  • Do not use lotions, toners and creams in the eyebrow area.

This is great for someone opting for something more natural as far as ingredients. Elleebana’s Brow Henna colouring agents are derived from a Henna Plant or Henna tree.

Elleebana has worked for years to source the best possible suppliers of high quality henna plants and use a manufacturing process that maintains the integrity of the colour to a very high superiority.

Containing hydrolyzed proteins, vitamin complex and anti-oxidants, Elleebana’s Brow Henna helps to strengthen and restore hair growth and improves the natural condition of the eyebrow hair. This makes it perfect for people who have sparse, over plucked brows or are still recovering from a nightmare waxing experience.

You can expect the hair stain to last approx. 4 weeks, and stain on the skin approx. 5 days.  This finish can be more of a powder result, and results will vary depending on hair and skin types as well as how well pre and post care is followed.

  • Exfoliate up until 1-2 days before your henna. Henna works by dyeing the top few layers of your skin, and it seems to stain best when there is just a couple of days of skin build up.

  • On the day of your appointment keep your skin clean and oil/lotion- free.

  • Avoid self- tanning products, body butters, sunscreens and other really deep moisturisers. These can take a couple of days to clear from the skin cells and will affect your henna stain.

  • If you wish to get a spray tan schedule your tan approx. 24 hours after your henna.

  • Avoid swimming/saunas for at least 24 hours after your treatment

  • DO NOT rub the tinted area

  • Avoid oil based makeup removers and cleansers

  • Avoid sun exposure for 24 hours this can cause premature fading

Brow lamination "takes your unruly or thinning brow hair and smoothes it out. It works in a similar way to a lash lift with the process essentially straightening eyebrow hairs so that they all stand in the desired direction. The end result is super smooth brows that looks like you have brow gel on them. Brow Lamination hides small gaps and gives the illusion of major hair growth! No matter what your brow concern is — gaps, thinning, overplucking, unruliness — brow lamination is an amazing solution and a great microblading alternative!

How long does this last? Like any treatment results will vary but anywhere from 4 – 10 weeks.

While brow lamination is very safe and does not cause damage, be sure to let me know if you have sensitive skin, as chemicals can be irritating when used near a delicate area, such as your eyes. A patch test can be performed 48 hours prior to your treatment.

  • Henna treatments should not be performed within four weeks of eyebrow lamination and brow tinting shouldn't be done within two weeks of treatment. These treatments can compromise brows and lead to over processed brow hairs.

  • Clients should also avoid products with high pH levels because they dry out eyebrow hairs.

  • Start conditioning brows daily before your appointment. DO NOT USE any exfoliants, retinoids, AHAs or anything like that before your brow lamination appointment.

  • You also don't want to wax, thread or tweeze at least a week before your appointment.(Topical retinoids are creams, lotions and gels containing medicine derived from Vitamin A)

  • Do not wet your eyebrows for 24-48 hours.

  • Avoid touching the brow area at the risk of transferring oils.

  • Do not apply makeup to the brows for 24 hours post-treatment.

  • Do not apply Retin A, aha or exfoliate the brow 72 hours before or after the treatment.

  • No self-tanner products should be used on the face for at least 48 hours pot-treatment.

  • It is normal for them to feel slightly dry and a brow balm, coconut oil, or caster oil will help moisten them.

  • Comb the hairs into place each day.

  • Avoid contact with direct sunlight, sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms and swimming pools for the next 48 hours.

  • Avoiding excessive rubbing or touching of the treated area for 24 hours.
